Community Training Home (CTH) I
Similar to foster care parents, CTH I caregivers are trained private citizens who contract with Unity Bay to provide care in their homes for one or two individuals. Homes are licensed by the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.
Community Training Home (CTH) II
The CTH II program offers individuals the opportunity to live in local neighborhoods with the assistance of agency employees. We help provide and coordinate personalized care, individualized training, recreation and other activities within the community to meet the needs of each individual.
SLPI Program
SLPI is the highest level of independence, offering residents weekly support and check-ins with the Coordinator. Residents choose their own housing in the community.
